Smit Psychology Group uses this website to help visitors understand the practice, its practitioners, services and locations, and to make contact. The website is not a client portal and does not hold clinical records, treatment notes, payments or client accounts. Please do not use the website for emergencies or urgent clinical support; contact an appropriate emergency service if immediate help is needed.
If you submit the contact form, the details you choose to provide are used to respond to your enquiry. When the form is connected, it sends the message by email to the practice inbox through Resend; the website does not store the enquiry in its own database. If the form is not connected, the site tells you plainly and asks you to contact the practice by another available method.
Website measurement
The site may use PostHog to understand broad website use, such as whether a page helps a visitor reach the contact page. This is optional: when analytics is not configured, no PostHog measurement runs. The practice does not send the contents of an enquiry form to PostHog and does not use website measurement to create a health profile of a visitor. PostHog is hosted in the United States; its own privacy information explains how it handles its service data.
