Michelle is a counselling psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, practising in Paarl and at Val de Vie.

Kryska is a clinical psychologist who has worked in the field since 2010, supporting individuals, families and communities through periods of uncertainty, loss and change. She works to create a space where people feel safe, understood and valued — with empathy, curiosity and respect for how complicated a life can be.

Life often brings us to a point where our usual ways of coping stop working — repeating painful relationship patterns, feeling stuck in old habits, or struggling to find who you are beneath everyone else's expectations. Sihle offers a safe, collaborative space where real healing can happen, because therapy is far more than managing surface symptoms.

Rosalind is a senior educational and counselling psychologist with over three decades of counselling, educational and forensic expertise. Behind that sits an extensive academic foundation — two Honours degrees and a Master's degree in Educational and Counselling Psychology (MEd [Psych], UNISA) — and she has since furthered her studies and experience in neuropsychology. She has been assessing clients, both neuropsychologically and educationally, in third party claims since 2005.
